How much money would you give up for more flexibility at work? A recent study done by staffing firm Mom Corps, found that 45% of people would give up part (about 8.6%) of their salary to have more flexibility at work. And that number is up approximately 3% from the prior year's survey. Flexibility is becoming increasingly more important to workers today.
